Do I get the shipping charges refunded in case of return?

If you have returned all the products in your order, you will be refunded the entire shipping charges. If you return the order partially, then the shipping charges will not be refunded.

Do I have to return the whole order?

Not at all! You do not need to return the whole order. Just return the items you don’t want.
